Groot familiehuis + tuin 15 minuten van Amsterdam.

Deze mooie familie accommodatie staat garant voor plezier met het gezin (max 4 p). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een grote living, open keuken en ruime eethoek. Boven een mooie ouderkamer met balkon en 2 slaapkamers voor één of 2 personen. Plus een ruime badkamer met bad en douche. De grote tuin kent diverse zitplekjes (schaduw of zon) en het huis is slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het dorpscentrum met winkels en naar het strand waar veel activiteiten mogelijk zijn. Be my guest!

The spacious apartment is fully equipped and is located on the beautiful Vinkeveense Lake. The apartment has two roof terraces, on the large roof terrace there is a Jacuzzi and barbecue. It is a clean, luxurious and stylishly furnished apartment with a very relaxed vibe. Inside, all areas are air-conditioned. There is secure parking for your car and two moorings for your boat. It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Het appartement ligt op de eerste etage en is door de vele ramen zeer zonnig. Het grachtenpand ligt direct bij het centrum. Restaurants, winkels, theater, bioscoop, bars is allemaal op max. 5 minuten loopafstand. Aan de voorkant is een klein balkon met ochtendzon en de achterkant heeft een terras op het zuidwesten van 18 m2. Het appartement is in augustus 2018 compleet gerenoveerd. In de prijs zijn kosten voor beddengoed, handdoeken en schoonmaken inbegrepen.
