Βρίσκεται στον κόμβο για τρεις μοναδικούς προορισμούς που χιλιομετρικά οι αποστάσεις είναι ίσες. 30 χλμ περίπου η Καλαμπάκα και τα Μετέωρα, 30 χλμ περίπου το Περτούλι, 30 χλμ περίπου η λίμνη Πλαστήρα. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής οι καταρράκτες της Παλαιοκαρυάς, καθώς και λίγα χιλιόμετρα πιο πάνω η μαγευτική Ελάτη. και στη συνέχεια το Περτούλι με το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο!!

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.
