Gnisvärd 1.8 miles south of Visby, 500 meters to Gnisvärd's beach which is connected to Tofta beach. Restaurant Bromans at the fishing port and several restaurants in Tofta are in the area. Confectionery, paddle courts, bowling alley and miniature golf. For golfers, Visby GK-Kronholmens golf is 7 km from here. The house has 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and a bedroom with a double bed that can be reached via a staircase on the gable. In the house there is a toilet, shower and a kitchen connected to the living room. Lovely patio with sun.

All this just 20 minutes from Visby. The house comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large glass door that connects the living room to the lovely patio.

Cozy but modern cottage, only 15 minutes by car from Visby, with Kneippbyn's summer park and water park just 10 minutes away. Walking distance to beautiful Tofta beach. Close to restaurants/café, miniature golf course, and store, as well as to paddleboarding courses and paddleboard/SUP rentals. Quiet area with nice nature.

The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.

We are a family letting our house, Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m Gnisvärd fishing village. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, ca 90 kvm, a guesthouse (4 single beds). Dishwasher, laundry, and wifi, fireplace. Large garden incl. forest 2500 sqm., We are also renting out a smaller house of 30 sqm. A fence separating the houses. You only share the parking.

Cottage 35 sqm with 2 bedrooms (4 beds), kitchen with fridge/freezer induction stove oven microwave, toilet with shower. Living room in separate cabin 15 sqm with Chromecast TV. Bed linen and towels are also included in the cleaning. Only 5 minutes' walk to the sandy beach and beautiful fishing location. 10 minutes' drive to one of Sweden's best golf courses. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets.
