There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. The house is 200 metrs away from v. clean lake that is 5km long, and deep in areas for divers, meadows, forests, storks, beavers, sauna, beautiful hikes, close to ski area, cycling, kayaking in our kayak, diving, bird watching. You’ll love this place because of it being totally natural, made of straw bales. The great kitchen with woodburning fire, heated bench, hammocks, the outdoors space, the light, the sunsets. Great for retreats, couples, solo adventurers, families, big groups, and pets.

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Our little village, it didn't surrender to time, everything is as it used to be. There is no shop or restaurant, no tourists, only quiet and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and Piska Forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless waterfowl invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and terrace) are intended for guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate fire pit, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, and a hammock and sun loungers to rest. Our cottage is located just above the old riverside, offering peace and quiet and beautiful views. Staying in the village of Budne is the perfect getaway from the city's buzz. The cottage is located in the center of Biabrza National Park, where you can easily meet elk, hear geese and frogs. Guests have access to an entire cottage, a fairly large terrace, a fire pit, and a barbecue area. Careful garbage segregation is also important.
