A new, bright house (140 m2) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a plot of 2500 m2, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The habitat is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

The facility we invite you to is a newly-commissioned, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly to the forest.

Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Red Cottage is located in the village of Karwik on the edge of the Piska Forest. Here we go. Seconds that make up the south bay. Śniardwy, the waters of the Great Masurian Lakes open. A comfortable, two-storey holiday cottage from 2021 in Miłuki in the Pasym commune in Masuria is the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature, forest, in close proximity to the Kalwa Lake, which is covered by the silence zone. I accept 6-day reservations from Sunday to Saturday. You are welcome :) Each reservation is subject to an electricity fee of PLN 2/kWh as indicated by the meter

You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.

The access to a private pier is restricted due the damages caused by flooding. Nevertheless, along the lakeshore there are beaches / trails with great view.
