Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.
