NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Die Unterkunft Zum Oktoberfest bieten wir einen exklusiven Shuttle-Service gegen Gebühr direkt zum Oktoberfest an. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind durch einen Flur und Türen getrennt. Sie haben einen separaten Eingang, bei Bedarf mit selbstständigem Check in mit Schlüsselsafe. Wenn es uns möglich ist, begrüßen wir sie gerne persönlich und erklären den Whirlpool (30,-/Aufenthalt / Woche).

Maja's hut - fairytale time out in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Beautifully located between Munich and the Alps in the Upper Bavarian village of Aying is our apartment "Kirchblick" on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated country house with a total of three apartments. The apartment impresses with its high rooms, the beautiful views and its high-quality furnishings. There are two separate bedrooms with a total of five beds. The village of Adling is part of the Upper Bavarian market town of Glonn, which lies between Munich and Rosenheim. From here, you can reach Munich city center in about 40 minutes. They are also quickly in the mountains.
