Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The village of Adling is part of the Upper Bavarian market town of Glonn, which lies between Munich and Rosenheim. From here, you can reach Munich city center in about 40 minutes. They are also quickly in the mountains.

The house is fully equipped with bathroom, heating, wood-burning stove and small kitchen. In Herrmannsdorf - a farm with its own agriculture, butcher and bakery - you will find a farm shop with its own products, a restaurant and a beer garden.
