Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

Centrally and quietly located apartment for max. 3 guests. The box-spring bed is in the living room together with the pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is new and hardly used and equipped with all the things you need. The bathroom is also modern and like new. The staircase is a bit steep so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. On the other 2 floors (ground floor + 1st floor) we live, a family with 2 children and a small dog. The apartment is still separate except for the passage and the stairs up.
