Unique 18th century house in the middle of Røros city center

The house is located in the oldest and perhaps most famous street in Røros, Sleggveien. It is originally from the year 1700, but is completely renovated and has all the amenities. The house has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a main living room and 2 small living rooms, 3 bedrooms, a porch and a backyard. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, ski slopes/summer trails and the famous Slagghaugene. The residence requires cleaning, bedding, and towels. If you want to experience the proximity to Røros' culture, etc., this is the place for you.

In the main cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, sauna, fireplace, bathroom with heating cables, living room, TV room and two good bedrooms. If 3 bedrooms are needed, the guest cabin must be used. There is a living room with sofa bed, wood stove and sleeping alcoves with ladder up. There is room for 9/10 people but best suited for up to 8 people. Ski slopes and fishing waters nearby. You can put on your skis outside the door. Approx. 15 min by car to the center of Røros.

Bright and pleasant little house that has just received a major upgrade, located on the south side of Lake Aursunden. It is 23 km/20-25 minutes by car to Røros, 8 km to the village Glåmos with grocery store, and 10 km to Olavsgruva. There is always snow here in the winter, and ski tracks lead up to Rørosviddas extensive ski network when conditions allow. Good hiking opportunities in the surrounding area also in summer. There is a year-round road all the way to the house and you can park right outside the door.

Here you can new silence, get a fire on the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gap - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter, you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

The flat comprises the entire ground floor of a small farmhouse and has a main bedroom with ensuite, a sitting room (functions as a second bedroom when there are more than two guests), a kitchen and a second bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and you can park right outside the door. At certain times of year, you might see elk or cranes. In the summer, cows graze in the nearby fields; the traditional barn is now a cultural centre, run by Fjøsakademiet.

You will find all the necessary soap items in the tiny house because it MUST be biodegradable. You will receive general guidance on the use of the tiny house upon arrival.
