A very quiet place. A good option to discover the city and have a relaxing time just in the downtown. Just in front Kursaal, International Film Cinema Festival and Victoria Eugenia’s Theatre. Tranquilo y bonito con preciosas vistas ( parking)

Bonito y acogedor apartamento con aparcamiento exterior gratuito incluído. La casa está recientemente renovada y en perfecto estado. Todas las estancias son exteriores, por lo que entra mucha luz natural. Se encuentra ubicada en una zona un poco más alta de la ciudad lo que hace que se respire la tranquilidad y el silencio del campo (está rodeada por zonas verdes y árboles), pero a la vez está a 3 minutos andando del centro de los barrios.

Apartment renovated in city centre with terrace

Lovely appartement completely renoved in the downton. By the side of the Cathedrale, the most romantic zone of San Sebastian. It has a beautiful and sunny terrace of 30m2. A bedroom whit window to the terrace and air conditioner. A diner room which has a sofa bed 140x200. It's about 5min of the beach by foot, at 5 min of the bus station and train station(RENFE). And at 4 min of the underground station.

The new “Downtown” apartment it´s been thoroughly designed and decorated in detail in order to offer to our guests a place of comfort and relaxation.
