The apartment located on the ground floor consists of a bedroom, a very spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a very spacious bathroom and a kitchenette for a total of about 45 square meters. The apartment is very bright and is located in the heart of the historic center of Giovinazzo in a pedestrian street closed to traffic and very quiet. You can walk to the beach. Tourist tax to be paid at check-in equal to €1.50 per person for the first 3 days.

The apartment overlooks the Cristoforo Colombo promenade, offering a wonderful view of the sea. A 5-minute walk to Bari S. Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
