Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Das authentische ehemalige Bauernhäuschen liegt direkt am Brenz-Radweg, dem prämierten Albschäfer Wanderweg sowie an der Bahnlinie Ulm-Aalen.

It is very easy to reach (whether train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Cozy vacation home near Dinkelsbühl

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
