You will immediately feel at home in the bright, very spacious and friendly holiday apartment in a fantastic secluded location. Solid wood furniture, rounded corners and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom ensure a pleasant living atmosphere. I treat the wooden surfaces with certified organic natural oils. The bedding that is as good as new is also organic. The facility was designed very lovingly. The 35sqm large kitchen-cum-living-room is cozy, equipped with a small library, many CDs and maps for hiking, cycling or personal excursion tips. When booking, you will receive a detailed inventory list that will make it easier for you to make decisions about packing. If you wish to book for 6 people, the sofa in the kitchen-living room can easily be used as a bed. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. In bedroom 2 you will find two single beds, which can also be converted into a double bed if desired. In bedroom 2 there are some children's games and books. Children have a nice space to play badminton or to beautify the path with street chalk. Adults and teenagers enjoy the secluded, quiet south-west terrace to relax in the hammock or on the comfortable loungers. In the off-season, the apartment offers an ideal retreat to finally come back to yourself and recharge your batteries. You can still hear the silence here.

You want the Allgäu in all its splendor? - Exactly! Book this 40 square meter place. Double bed, kitchen, bathroom, towels, bed linen, everything is there. One door further, there is a music studio that could be booked in addition, which you can also find on Airbnb. Tue & Thu check-in is unfortunately only possible after 7 pm. On all other days, it is also possible earlier. Just let us know quickly when you will arrive. Lake Constance around the corner, ski resorts around the corner, nature anyway - that's exactly what you want in the Allgäu!

Cozily equipped and lovingly furnished apartment with south-facing balcony & stunning views in the middle of the Allgäu. The apartment (with electric charging station*) is located in a quiet location near a city. Several popular hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the house through the Allgäu. The approx. 55 sqm apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed and TV as well as a balcony to the south side.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Family-friendly property in a secluded location. Good place to relax and recharge. Your beloved pet is also welcome. In the large double bed and the two single beds you can sleep wonderfully. If required, a children's travel bed can be provided. The cozy house has a total size of 80 square meters, with the tiled stove being the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the terrace, the beautiful meadow and Alpine views invite you to linger.

We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.

The apartment is located on our farm. Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200). Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt, Skywalk are easily accessible.
