Our accommodation is located near Bern and Belp Airport. Ideal for hiking, mountain biking, for excursions in the region, swimming in the Aare, ... Car highly recommended, train and shops are 20 min by foot. The approximately 60sqm, very bright, cozy apartment with high ceilings is ideally located at Bern’s mountain, the Gurten, near the forest, with beautiful walking and jogging trails. The accommodation is well suited for single nature lovers, couples, business travelers and families.

Nur 30min mit dem Auto nach Bern oder ins Berner Oberland. 1h nach Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1,5h nach Luzern, 2h nach Engelberg (mit Titlis). Nicht erreichbar mit öV.(not accessible by public transportation) Bitte: Menschen mit Handicap, immer erwähnen ( sagen ), damit wir die Wohnung für Sie richtig bereitstellen können. Es ist eine 2 1/2 Zimmer - Wohnung. 4 Schlafplätze im Schlafzimmer und 4 Schlafplätze im Wohnzimmer.

Schönes Erholungsgebiet direkt ab Haustüre. Für Spaziergänger, Läufer, Biker, Flussschwimmer oder Inline-Skater ein Eldorado. Wohnung befindet sich im Dachstock mit Lift erschlossen. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und stehen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

Im Wohn-und Schlafraum befinden sich 2 Schrankbetten, ein Schlafsofa, der Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen ein Bücherregal mit Fernseher und dem Geschirrschrank. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie eine prächtige Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Vermieter wohnen im Untergeschoss und sind auch da wenn Du ankommst.

Charming Studio Fuchsia With Mountain Views

Heimberg is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Emmental, Bern or Thun, the Gürbetal/Gantrisch region or the mountains of the Bernese Oberland (Interlaken, Grindelwald, Jungfraujoch etc.). The studio looks west with a wide view of the Gantrisch area. Therefore the day ends with a lot of sun. Flowers bloom in the garden in front of the room from spring to autumn. The apartment is furnished in a cozy shabby chic style.

In der Nähe befindet sich das Berner Oberland und diverse Ausflugsziele. 2 Eigene Balkone ( Morgen und Abend Sonne) und eigenem Sitzplatz ausgestatet mit Whirlpool und essgelegenheiten. Die schöne Berner Altstadt ist mit dem Zug in 15 Minuten erreichbar. (Ortsbahnhof Kehrsatz bis zur Unterkunft 10-12 Min. zu Fuss). Sehr viele schöne Ausflugsziele zum spazieren, wandern, velofahren in nächster Nähe.

Studio - Room with a included bathroom (shower & toilet), a little kitchen, telly and WiFi. Cosy terrace which is shared by all residents. The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern. The location is a good starting point to visit the Bernese Alps or the Emmental.

The sleeping area contains two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, each dressed in light linens adorned with a floral pattern. A workspace with a wooden desk and chair is positioned near a window, allowing natural light to brighten the room.

Unsere im Juli 2020 neu renovierte kleine Studiowohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier in idyllischer Lage am Ortsrand von Rüfenacht. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt beim Haus. ÖV-Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Stadt Bern ist rund 8 km entfernt. Die schönen Ski- und Wandergebiete im Berner Oberland sind gut erreichbar.
