And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. The strong point of the house is its magnificent location beside the Noguera Pallaresa river, with incredible views as you can see in the photos. In the river one can bathe, go rafting or kayaking. The environment is great for excursions, for example to Arboló, Collegats, Moncortés...

Unique loft with private kitchen and bathroom, and with right to the pool and garden. It's located in a quiet residential area, near la Seu d'Urgell (3km) and only 30 min of Andorra and la Cerdanya. Ideal for couples, families with kids and for lovers of the nature and animals. Activities of interest: Trekking, BTT, kayak, rafting, natural pools (20 min from the loft) and much more! Very comfortable apartment, with a large terrace and wonderful panoramic views. This apartment is in a small mountain village just 5 km. from the lively village of La Pobla de Segur. The area is a haven for rest and nature lovers, and for people who love adventure sports and hiking. If it is not possible to travel due to Covid measures, you can cancel free of charge.
