Quaint alpine hut (Aste) in Tyrol in the middle of the mountain

For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Die Almhäuser Oscar und Louise, je 4 Zimmer, ca. 104 m² Wohnraum, 9 Betten, liegen auf 1.700 Metern Höhe. Das Gebiet ist absolut schneesicher. Die Lifte sind ca. 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt, und zurück können Sie fast bis zum Haus skien. Die Langlaufloipe verläuft 20 Meter unterhalb des Hauses. In der Umgebung sind drei Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein aspaltierter Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an dem Haus, ein Parkplatz pro Haus steht kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
