It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. Das Haus bietet Platz für 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern und verfügt über einen direkten Seezugang. Ideal für Naturliebhaber, die Entspannung im oder am Wasser (mit eigenem Tretboot) suchen. Voll ausgestattet mit moderner Küche, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, Feuerschale, Esstisch und Lounge im Freien - lässt es keine Wünsche offen.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.
