In the morning, when you wake up, a thousand birds wish you a good morning.

Rosewood house

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

With a sauna, spa area (accessible via an external staircase), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gazebo and wood-burning stove, life & nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The two-floor house has a kitchen-dining room on the ground level with a bathroom meanwhile upstairs you can find the bedroom with direct terrace access. Cabin Balaton is an accommodation where those who come to us can simultaneously enjoy the hustle and bustle of Lake Balaton, hike in the forests of the Balaton Uplands National Park that start next to the cabin, or even curl up in bed all day, enjoying the view through a full wall of glass, which is actually the forest itself. All this in a clean, natural, wood-clad, modern, Scandinavian-style cabin house, just a few minutes from the shores of Lake Balaton.

The Sky Luxury Suite is a Mediterranean romantic luxury apartment designed exclusively for two people. With a 360° view of the city center, Lake Balaton and Festetics Castle. The apartment has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Our room service pampers our guests with cocktails, hookahs, and other refreshments. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.
