Bright, quiet, surrounded by the estate's gardens (where our family home is also located) and with an outdoor patio. 5 minutes from the beaches, the Archaeological Park of Locri Epizefiri and 10 minutes from the village of Gerace.

The house is located at the foot of the Norman castle of Condojanni. The house is located near the main square. It is a flat and easy road. Parking is free in the vicinity of the house and we have (for small cars) a private garage. The house is accessed via two staircases, one internal and one external, as you prefer. The house has large spaces and all the rooms overlook the sea and the village. Terrace and garden with sea view (including two hammocks).

Recently, there has been a tourist tax per person of €1.00 from November 1 to April 30, and €2.00 from May 1 to October 31, for a maximum of seven nights.
