El año de construcción es el 2000, siendo reformada en el año 2025. Estaré encantada de recibirte en mi alojamiento. El apartamento tiene 3 plantas. Planta baja: dormitorio individual. Planta primera: 3 dormitorios, uno con cama de 150 cms y baño, segundo dormitorio con dos camas de 105 cms, tercer dormitorio con dos camas de 90 cms. En esta planta hay otro baño, cocina, salón y terraza. Tercera planta: dormitorio con cama 130cms. Solarium, terraza. Es muy espacioso. Es un alojamiento ideal para pasar unos días de relax en Sevilla. Próximo a centros comerciales y espacios deportivos, así como puerto deportivo (Puerto Gelves). Podrás disfrutar de unos días rodeado de la tranquilidad del entorno y a dos pasos de Sevilla, nombrada mejor ciudad del mundo para visitar 2018. No cobramos extra por limpieza. No hay que pagar ningún extra. Totalmente equipada: la cocina es independiente con tostador, microondas, cafetera de cápsulas e italiana, horno, exprimidor, lavadora, lavavajillas, hervidor de agua y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Tanto el salón, dormitorio de matrimonio, como la cocina tienen acceso a la terraza exterior. El salón tiene un gran sofá comodísimo. También dispone de secador de pelo, internet gratis de fibra óptica por toda la casa, aire acondicionado frío/calor, estufa de pellets que le da un ambiente cálido y confortable, terraza, azotea, zona de lectura, ventanas climalit con mosquiteras. Si necesitas una cuna debes solicitarla. Disponible cuna para los huéspedes que la necesiten, previa solicitud. No hay espacios compartidos. Puedes disfrutar de todo el alojamiento. Visita Sevilla con las ventajas de la tranquilidad de alojarte en un pueblo dormitorio y en un barrio muy tranquilo. Vistas a la cornisa del aljarafe, siendo habitual avistar a dos parejas de águilas calzadas. El precio es para dos personas, 30 euros por persona adicional con un máximo de ocho. El alojamiento está en primer piso, hay que subir 18 escalones. Se habilitarán las habitaciones necesarias en función del número de huéspedes que aparezcan en la reserva. Visitas no están permitidas. It is located in Gelves, the bus stop is 4 min away. The metro is 10 min by car, Seville center 20 min by car, supermarkets and banks on the next street. Easy street parking. It is a quiet town and there is not much to do, it is advisable to have a vehicle, public transport is not very good.
