The property is beautifully situated on a slope, embedded by green nature. The space radiates a dreamy Scandinavian lightness. The roof-slope adds spaciousness & air to the atmosphere. Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Active leisure enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in our area. Various bike tours, swimming lakes (5), hiking routes & interesting boat trips, promise a great break. Cities such as Zurich, St. Gallen & Lucerne can be reached in about 1 hour by car. The great chocolate factory inspires young and old. You are very welcome.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

In 25.min erreichen Sie mit Auto den Säntis oder die sieben Churfirsten sowie Thurwasserfälle. Es gibt platz für Ihr Auto sowie Velos.

WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. Im Sommer steht zusätzlich ein Massenlager im Stall zur Verfügung, z.B. für Familien. Es steht eine Küche bereit, ca. 20m vom Häuschen entfernt. Auf Wunsch stellen wir gegen einen Aufpreis von Fr. 13.- pro Person ein Frühstück bereit, das im voraus zu bezahlen ist da wir leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben .

In diesem Gebiet geniessen Sie die Ruhe. Es gibt jedoch auch unglaublich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir helfen dir gerne dabei etwas passendes zu finden. Das Studio ist rollstuhlgängig und stufenlos.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Vierwaldstättersee gelegen, kein öffentlicher Weg oder Strasse liegt dazwischen. Balkon mit herrlicher Seesicht, eigene Terrasse direkt am See und privater Seezugang. Luzern ist ca. 40 km entfernt und per Auto, Bus, Bahn und auch per Schiff erreichbar. Zürich ist ca. 70 km entfernt. Die Kurtaxe und Endreinigung ist im Preis inbegriffen.
