The beach is a 30-minute drive down the smooth new road; the town pool, and great restaurants and tapas bars are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The house has a lovely comfortable feel, it is situated on the edge of the village, but only a few minutes walk to the centre with its charming narrow streets and friendly bars and restaurants.

Distributed over two floors, it has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, it has two bedrooms with two single beds each. Outside, there is a private pool, two barbecues (one charcoal, and one gas and volcanic stone), a picnic area, and fruit trees.
