Nice cottage on our property, with its own entrance and patio. 150 meters to our lovely saltwater swimming area. The cottage has a sleeping loft with two beds and a sofa bed that also has two beds. There is a dining area inside and out, and the kitchen has a microwave, oven and stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here you will find beautiful surroundings with lovely walks in the forest and countryside. Please bring your own sheets and towels, or rent them from me for SEK 125 per person. Clean yourself or purchase the service from me for SEK 500.

Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

The accommodation is a good starting point for visiting Bohuslän's all excursion destinations and fishing communities in summer and winter. Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
