Solvang sits in the middle of the sandwich in Brekstad city centre in a calm residential neighborhood. The property is on 5 acres and large green space makes there a lot of bolt space around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. Built in 1929, the house is a charming house with lots of space. Brekstad is just an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is 10 minutes' walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike paths, hiking trails and historical sights.

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. A modern and well-equipped holiday home of a high standard 80 minutes from Trondheim. The home is located at the end of a road at the top of the Gåseneset cabin complex. Spectacular views of the Trondheimsfjord. The home is 140 m2 over two levels with plenty of space for guests, with two large terraces. Many great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Short drive to the fjord and fishing opportunities. 6-7 minute drive to the nearest grocery.

Recharge in beautiful Agdenes with both sea, mountains and lovely large lake swimming area with sandy beach in summer and ice skating in winter. Here you enjoy a few days in the countryside, only 10 km (100 km) from Trondheim. Lots of nice hiking opportunities, canoe rental, shop and pub a short distance from the cabin. Road all the way to the front.
