The apartment has just been renovated, inside a period building in the heart of the city and adjacent to the Tapis Roulant. All sites of interest are no more than 5 minutes away on foot; if you don't feel like walking the Tapis Roulant it will take you, in 2-3 minutes on the Lungomare and the Lidi ; Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, including 1 double, 1 with two beds, 1 with 1 single bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, etc.

A well-lit living room features a comfortable sofa facing a wall-mounted TV. Two patterned armchairs are positioned on either side of a coffee table. Bookshelves hold decorative items and artwork, while large windows are adorned with stylish curtains, allowing natural light to enter the space.
