A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Χωριάτικο ανακαινισμένο σπιτάκι μέσα σε αμπελώνα στην απάνω μεριά Σύρου. Οι Κυκλάδες όπως ήταν πάντα. 20 λεπτά οδήγηση από το λιμάνι. Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό όχημα απολύτως απαραίτητο! Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. Προτείνεται για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τη φύση, τις πεζοπορίες και αναζητούν την ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους.

The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. This place has a style of its own. Located in the center of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private upper terrace ( reachable by the ladder ) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area , sunny all day long . Many restaurants , caffès and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros , there are many !
