Located directly on the Way of St. James and the Bibers River, this 140-square-meter apartment is on the 2nd floor of a completely renovated house, with a bicycle storage room on the ground floor. The surroundings invite you to hike and cycle, and the Siederstadt Schwäbisch Hall with its historic old town and museums is only seven kilometers away. A bus stop is right nearby.

In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.

In the sleeping area there is a double bed with 1.60 m width for 2 people. A maximum of 2 additional guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa. For your well-being, a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, small oven, 2 hotplates, toaster, hairdryer, iron, large TV/flat screen are available.

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. We look forward to welcoming families with children, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.
