Wake up at your own pace and enjoy a long breakfast. Browse through the information in the cabin and figure out how best to spend the day. Swimming, boat trip, kayaking, fishing, hiking? Barbecue? Reading? Resting? Maybe just hanging out? If you want to enjoy a little extra, you can book the spa bath (SEK 200 per person/stay). Towels and sheets 100 SEK/set if desired. Warm welcome!

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Cabin in rural setting

Find peace and quiet on our small farm. Drink your morning coffee right next to the pasture where our trotters spend part of the day. On the farm, we raise trotters, African dwarf goats, small Dexter cows and chickens are here to brighten up your life. When you want to go to the water, there are both swimming from the sandy beach and cliffs within a radius of 6 kilometers. Visit Fyrudden, in summer time there is a daily boat trip out in the archipelago. The grocery store is open all year round. Nearby there are restaurants, pizzerias, etc. .

Private house on island in archipelago idyll

Welcome to Brändö, at the far end of the Östgötska archipelago. With us, you can enjoy a summer idyll on our island, with an unlimited horizon, fantastic evening sun and unspoiled nature. The accommodation is equipped with kitchen, barbecue, terrace with evening sun, bedroom with a double bed, and living room. All a stone's throw from the sea, with its own bathing cliffs. The accommodation is equipped with an outdoor shower, as well as an outdoor toilet, both directly adjacent to the house. Also, a garden shed with 2 bunk beds is available.

Traditional archipelago home

The house has living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 6 fixed beds, 2 sofa beds & 3 extra beds to bring out. Patios on the jetty and outside the house and barbecue. Full kitchen equipment (fridge, hobs, small oven, coffee maker etc). No running water (Dunks are available and refilled at nearby residence). Dry gas that was taken care of by the tenant him/herself. NOTE: Round-trip journeys are booked by yourself via Östgötatrafiken (line 776, pier 7, from Fyrudden) or with Fyrudden taxi boats. Cleaning is done by the tenant him/herself.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Cottage Kolmården

Relax at Bråviken's northern beach in a unique and peaceful accommodation with lovely views all year round. The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Sjöstugan

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna cabin | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).

Resource in our cozy cottage, furnished with an eye for warm colors and soft materials. Lilla Stugan is located in the middle of the woods and meadows and has its own bathing area, sauna and boat. It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
