Vacation home in the foothills of the Alps on the romantic road near Landsberg am Lech. Within less than an hour's drive, there is a lot to discover from here: the world-famous Munich, the old imperial city of Augsburg, Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg and the Bavarian Alps with the highest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Worthwhile excursion destinations are the castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, the Andechs Monastery and the Wieskirche.

Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

The location is central, close to beautiful excursion destinations and sights. The Fuchstal and its surroundings also offer many opportunities for day trippers and bicycle and e-bike riders.

Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.
