The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The apartment, newly built in 2023 in the annex of a 100-year-old house, is located on the mezzanine floor and has a view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The charming apartment "Teja," furnished to a high standard, is ideal for 2 adults and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing vacation in the mountains, e.g. dishwasher, Nespresso machine, underfloor heating, Internet Wi-Fi, large covered, west-facing loggia, washing machine and dryer, parking, also for electric car.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and snow sports. Farm products such as cheese, eggs and honey can be purchased from the host. Breakfast can be obtained on request. In the house and in the apartment there are many antique utensils. You'll love my place because of the old time flair, equipped with all the comforts. Free parking is available nearby for our guests.

We are an active family with three children who like to spend their free time in the mountains with snowboarding, skiing and hiking. Finally, our dream of our own apartment came true.
