Recharge your batteries in this unique place, a stone's throw from the sea. Here you can swim, fish, hike, sign up for a diving course, or shop at Frosta's kitchen garden. Take a trip to historic Tautra, see unique birds in the bird sanctuary, or enjoy the night sky with stars and the northern lights from the living room. 60 minutes drive to Trondheim. 40 minutes to Levanger and Stjørdal/Trondheim Airport. We have 4 beds in the winter and 6 from May to October. During summertime, two people can stay in the boathouse. Close to boat rental and the Pilgrim's Way!

Glass Igloo with panoramic views – Northern Lights | Fosen

Sleep under the stars in a private glass igloo with panoramic views of Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way to Hitra. Here you live all alone, surrounded by forest, fjord and open sky – perfect for couples who want peace, proximity and a completely unique nature experience. On clear nights, you can experience the starry sky and the northern lights right from the bed. The igloo is heated and comfortable, giving the feeling of hovering over the landscape. This is not just an overnight stay – it is an experience you will remember for a long time.

Lillehytta

Small cabin, in connection with the main cabin, with everything you need in only 20 m2. The small cabin is very idyllic with great lake views (about 80m from the lake). Terraces on the front and back. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sun on the front side, lunch and late cozy evenings around the fire pan can be enjoyed on the back side, with the sunset and the lake as a view. There are opportunities to rent a fishing rod, large boathouse and other facilities. Great hiking areas (e.g. Frostastien) right outside the door. Quiet and safe area.

Cabin by the lake

Enjoy a stylish experience in a centrally located place. The cabin is located right on the seafront just a few meters to the lake/boat/beach life. The famous Frostastien trail runs right outside the cabin area. The cabin is located on the upper row with a great view. If you wish to rent bed linen/towels, you must notify us in advance so that this can be arranged. This costs 250, - per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if you are interested.

Fantastic cottage in Selbu municipality

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

Vika Coastal Retreat

Experience beautiful sunsets and the sea up close. The cabin is at the end of a dead end road, in a secluded location with panoramic views of the sea. Modern design. Just you and nature. A great starting point for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and beach life. A rich wildlife, see the sea eagle that can glide slowly by. Large garden with lawn, large terraces. Sun all day. Benches and tables to gather everyone for a shared meal. Pizza oven for making Italian delicacies. We are happy to share the recipe with you! :-)

Fjord Panorama & Mountain Idyll – Bjørnbettet Vacation Home

Quietly located cottage on a hill with breathtaking views over the Trondheimfjord. Ideal sun conditions from morning to evening – perfect for relaxation in the middle of nature. Open plan living area with cozy sofa, rocking chair, panoramic windows and fireplace. Suitable for singles, couples, families, and small groups of up to 5 people. From the front door, you can access the hiking trail to Bjørnbettet (310 m) or Litlheia (357 m) & many more. The fjord can be reached after about 1.5 km.

Vågen Fjordbuer - Sagbua

Here you can rent a cabin down by the lake. The cabin is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom and has a central location. There is a large patio where you can barbecue and the children can play freely. The rental price includes bed linen and towels. The place is equipped with an electric car charger. We also offer boat rentals! We are a family who took over these cabins in June 2024 and will eventually renovate the place. The photos are therefore temporary and will be updated along the way.

Forbord Dome

"Forbord Dome" is an exclusive glamping experience for two people in the heart of nature. You can sleep under the stars, enjoy the panoramic view over the Trondheim Fjord, catch a magical sunset or see the amazing northern lights if you are lucky. The dome is 23 square meters with a window in the ceiling and in the front and it is located on a terrace on two levels with seating and fire pit. There are many great hiking opportunities nearby, how about a trip to the top of "Forbordsfjellet"?

This tiny house is located 50 m away from the beach and Frosta Brygge restaurant. You will find what you need for a nice and comfortable stay. Bedroom with a 1,50 bed and a drawer. Bathroom with shower, toilet and a faucet. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and stove. Dishes and all the equipment you need to make a good dinner. Living room with a sea view, fireplace and sofabed. Three door that can be opened to a deck with outdoor furnitures. Wifi and TV Linen and towels included.

Here you can enjoy the evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on the Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find a jetty and pier right next to the cabin, with good opportunities for fishing with a rod.
