La casa vacanze dispone di una camera da letto, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata. Viene fornita anche la biancheria. All'esterno, un ampio giardino privato con barbecue, doccia e solarium. A pochi minuti di auto troverete pittoreschi borghi medievali e Grotte di Frasassi.

Place in front of the Episcopal palace and just beside the offices of the Curia, our wonderful place is in the Ancient Heart Center of Gubbio. Few steps From the monuments more representative of the city as the famous Palazzo dei Consoli, the Ducal Palace, the Cathedral and the best restaurants and craft shops.

Via a winding road up the hill you reach our paradise, bordering the Cesane nature reserve. We, the owners, live next to the apartment. The Il Monte apartment, on the first floor, takes its name from its garden side entrance, which is accessed via an external staircase that leads to a small covered terrace that can accommodate two comfortable seats for reading and relaxing and the table with private wrought iron chairs in the garden with a small gazebo.
