Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
