This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with furniture and amenities of the highest quality. June - August is weekly rental.

Enjoy easy access to nature and nearby hiking trails while still being close to the town and local amenities. The cottage has an open-plan layout with slightly lower ceiling heights (190 cm / 6'3" in the living area and 210 cm / 6'11" in the bathroom). Our two dogs, and our cat, live on the property. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

This cozy apartment is only 250 meters from the beautiful Lake Vättern, where there is a swimming area & beach promenade, which is very nice to take to the city & harbor with very good & cozy restaurants. It is about 1 km to the city center. Outside the junction, there is a bike path that also leads to the city center. On the way to the city center, there is a sports hall with soccer fields and a skateboard park about 400 meters from the apartment.
