It is rare to find a small private house for 2 people in a perfectly peaceful position enclosed by 5000m2 of private land and garden, within short walking distance of the busy and cosmopolitan Fiskardo and at only 50 meters from the nearest swimming spot. The house is compact (48m2) and consists of one large bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a well equipped kitchen. There are two large terraces with amazing views and the shore is so close that you can hear the music of the sea.

The house is half a minute’s walk away from the beautiful fishing village of Frikes and in walking distance to the 3 small beaches of Frikes .
