Stay in the circus wagon studio

My studio trailer is located at the other end of our large property. The trailer is a former circus trailer that we have restored: It has a fully equipped 1950s kitchen, a seating area and a double bed in the upper part of the structure. In the house 50 m away, you have a separate guest toilet with a small sink. The trailer has no shower! For longer stays, we can discuss whether and when shared use of our shower in the house is possible.

Welcome to the village of Kappishäusern with 500 inhabitants. Our 30 square meter studio apartment not only offers beautiful views of the Swabian Alps, but above all represents an ideal starting point for a visit to the Metzinger Outlet City or the thermal baths in Beuren and Bad Urach. In addition, some hikes are possible directly from the house. After a long day, you can walk to the popular Greek restaurant (with a timely reservation).

The house is located in a small place on the edge of the Swabian Alps, short distances directly into beautiful nature with many cycling and hiking trails. In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The ELW has a living space of 41 m2 (32 m2 with 19 m2 terrace can be credited at 50%) in a new building (2021). The apartment is fully furnished, for a maximum of 2 people (one double bed). From the terrace and apartment you have a panoramic view over the Swabian Alp, Neuffen Castle, Teck Castle etc.
