A cozy apartment in a quiet area close to the borders of the Czech Republic and Austria (tri-border point). Both summer and winter a very nice location. In summer as a hiking area and beautiful cycling routes. There are beautiful cities to visit, a beautiful natural park and there is an amusement park nearby. In winter very suitable for winter sports, within 20 minutes a large ski resort (h 1338 mtr) Supermarket at 150 meters and an eatery around the corner. Also wifi, for social media and emails.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023.
