The garden area is at the disposal of the tenants of the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and additional storage room in the basement. The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. The loft is the ideal starting point for excursions or business trips in northern Bavaria. It offers the best comfort with fast Internet and a pellet stove.

The massive garden house is a separate small accommodation [about 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas are available. Baby travel cots can be delivered on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near Lake Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
