One parking space. 20 meters away is a workers' restaurant, a roadside restaurant and a 24-hour pizza vending machine. The house is 25 minutes from Le Mans by highway.

The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
