Welcome to a real log house, which is built after many hundred year old building desks in Norway. The house has modern facilities on a flat. You will have lovely bed linen, lots of pillows and lots of soft towels. The walls are logs and all floors are solid wood pine floor with heating cables. You can park several cars for free on the property and in the garage and you will be able to enjoy lovely views of the great nature. Bergen is only 25 minutes away. There are 5 beds in the house and 2 mattresses. An experience!

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Our house is on a trafficked road where cars drive past, so you will hear traffic. We also live above your space, so you will hear us in the house from time to time. We are now back after a break due to maintenance. Spectacular views from Birdbox, located on top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When the wind blows on the sea you can see white sea spray up the islets and reefs all the way west to Løno. Here, you can arrive by boat or kayak. Charming and comfortable place to overnight or stay. 1 bedroom for 3 person and coach for 2 person in living room. There are beautiful nature around here, fjord and mountain view, beach with little boat, sauna and grill on the terrace. 35 minutes to Bergen and lot of hiking possibilities near by. We love pets and we have 2 little dogs.
