Located in a quiet and elegant area, it enjoys an enchanting view of the entire coastline. By car you can reach the center and beaches of Marina di Ragusa in a few minutes (15 minutes walk). The villa is self-contained and all amenities are exclusively for guests,including the pool. Garden, WIFI, air conditioning and TV . The villa is situated in a large lot with double entrances all on one level. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with custom eat-in kitchen. Outside their is a front veranda with a large table perfect for morning breakfast facing beautiful palm trees and a small garden area. A much larger veranda in the back gives you plenty of space to relax, eat and drink while facing the brand new chic pool area. Perfect at night as well. This villa is the perfect getaway for a small family or a small group.
