Hey, I am renting out my modern, luxurious roof terrace apartment with unique skyline view in the trendy Bornheim neighborhood. The studio is located within walking distance to Frankfurt CC with tons of bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities along the gorgeous Berger Strasse/ Friedberger Landstrasse and close to one the cities most beautiful park (Güntersburgpark). There is closeby (across the street) public transportation by bus/ train and parking available. This way you are 3 stops away to the heart of Germany's financial headquarters-bourse) and only 30 min away by train from the serene natural beauty of the Taunus mountain of Oberursel / Feldberg for hikes, mountain biking. To get to the fair/exhibition by train, it’s only 3 stops to Konstabler Wache and an additional 3 stops to Festhalle/Messe. The studio space is separated in two areas a dining room and a living area featuring a large, comfy couch (fitting one person). An additional mattress can be offered at request, if desired…. Satellite TV, WLAN, dishwasher, microwave, classic espresso machine and fridge, washing machine , tub, shower as well as our kitchen utensils, fresh towels and sheets are available for your use. The studio is a non-smoking zone, but smoking is allowed on the roof terrace. Important: This apartment is on the 5th Floor and does NOT have an elevator.
