Beautiful little house near the city center

Unique little house with immediate proximity to Sandefjord city center. Here you are only minutes away from all city amenities. The house is newly renovated and has all the amenities that make your stay easy. The house does not have its own bedroom, but a very good sofa bed in the living room that is quickly turned into a bed in the evening, as well as a double bed on the loft (attic). The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped so you can choose to eat at home or take the short trip down to the city. Parking for car just outside the house.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Private terrace with sun in the afternoon. There is also the possibility of renting a barbecue hut that is located on the property. Lovely place with panoramic views of Tønsbergfjorden. Large south and east facing terrace. There is a beach right below the cabin, with a jetty and great child-friendly bathing facilities. Large hiking terrain to Tønsberg Tønne - fishing spots and 5 beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin was built in 2000, with a large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a family bed.
