From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

Our apartment is perfectly located for transit travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is assured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis was placed on child-friendliness.
