Complete house in Fraccionamiento Hacienda del Seminario, located in the area with the greatest growth and development of Mazatlán. Located in a quiet and safe place. It is well connected to shopping and tourist areas; just 5 minutes from Plaza Acaya, 10 minutes from Liverpool, Walmart and Sam's in Marina Mazatlán, and a 15-minute drive to Zona Dorada, Playa Brujas, Cerritos and Valentino's. Public Transportation stops outside the house, taking you to downtown, Olas Altas, and the Lighthouse.
