large guesthouse in central Malmö

This spacious accommodation is 42 sqm with high ceilings and exposed beams. It has a cozy courtyard with sun loungers and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the middle OF the city. it's very close to Södervärns bus station and the restaurant life of the mill. It is also walking distance to the trianglel station. welcome on August 5, 2024 I will go away on a very long trip. Then I will have a nice co host who lives here in the big house and takes care of airbnb in the guesthouse.

En rymlig studio på 24 kvm där du kan koppla av ensam eller i par i detta fridfulla och väl utrustade boende. Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. För att få en bra start på dagen så bjuder vi på kaffe och te samt dricksvatten, vattenkokare och kaffekokare finns på plats i huset.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, comfortable space In the area, there are good transport links and proximity to shops as well as Jägersro Center. Bus line 5 that takes you all the way into Malmö Centrum (15-26 minutes). but also to Rosengård Tågstation (8 minutes) which takes you to Hylliestation and famous Emporia in 15 minutes and also to Malmö Central Station in 17 minutes. Fresh and nice apartment. One bedroom with Kingsize bed. Kitchen, bathroom with shower. Livingroom with a big couch. It is a ”pullout sofa” for 2 people to sleep. A dining area for 4 people. (See pictures) 15 minutes by bus to Malmö Central. Free parking for 2 vehicles. The apartment is 50m2 (square metres) I’m a helpful, communicative and flexible host. Feel free to ask me anything.
