Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening swim in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony with the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

The cozy Sjöstugan is newly renovated, with open floor plan between kitchen and the airy living room. Here you have the front row to the view of the lake Orrhammaren. Relax in a beautiful, rural location. Swimming, canoeing, barbecue, hiking and discover Sörmland – with forests, lakes, castles, the Prime Minister's summer residence and other places. Very nice tiny house with two minutes walking distance to swimming area and nice nature in a quiet area. The house has a well-equipped kitchen/living room. 160cm bed, 47" TV. Wi-Fi. Possibility with more sleeping places is available (large electric inflatable mattress). Bathroom with shower/toilet and a dining area for four people. Air heat pump/air conditioning. Large windows/sliding doors overlooking the garden. Deck with pergola (vase roof), privacy, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Five minutes by car to town, own large parking for 1-3 cars.

WINTER - ice-skate, cross-country ski, sauna & ice dip SPRING/AUTUMN - canoe, fish, swim, camp, forage or walk. Also known as 'The Grumpy House' due to the amount of times I've hit my head! It has a low ceiling so if you're over 170cm beware! Enjoy the silence......

Luxury Lakeside Villa

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Open and spacious apartment, 37 m2 floor area. Bright and fresh area with kitchenette, toilet and shower. Wi-Fi and TV. Double bed for 2, sofa-bed for 2. Dining for 4pcs, kitchenette with hot plate induction,and fridge. About 7 min by car into the city center and central station, bus station 600 m away from the house. Located surrounded by nice nature and good walking paths. Please note that you bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and duvets are of course provided.

I närheten finns flera naturreservat, sex badplatser, lokalt hantverk och flera sommarcaféer. Här hemma på gården delar gästen exteriöra utrymmen med värdfamiljens barn och djur. Här finns hästar, hund och katt. Lägg märke till att det är 200 meter till motorvägen.

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
