The villa is located slightly above Brissago in sunny Ticino. It offers a perfect compromise between central location (the town center and the lake are within walking distance) and nature. Via a park-like garden, you get to the villa with 5 bedrooms. Four of them on the second floor and one in as part of a separate self-contained apartment in the basement. A balcony and several terraces offer the opportunity to relax outdoors. A swimming pool is also available during summer months.

The villa with swimming pool is located a little higher on the mountain, in a quiet area in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, close to Lake Maggiore. You have a view of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake. The villa (max 9 people) consists of a spacious house (5 people) and a separate smaller apartment (4 people). My house is a stately villa built a good 100 years ago, which I have renovated over the years. The high, large rooms and the 10 acre property convey spaciousness. You have space in this house and also in the garden. The village of Pino is located just under a hundred meters above Lake Maggiore, which provides a nice view, but you also have to overcome the 100 meters of altitude. The breakfast rolls and other basics are available in the shop just 50 meters from the house.
