Nestled in a large fenced garden, 2000m2, in the midst of nature with stunning views over Lake Maggiore. We rent the houses together to ensure the privacy. In the low season it is also possible to rent only one house, in which case the second one remains empty. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath fresh air.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The villa is located slightly above Brissago in sunny Ticino. It offers a perfect compromise between central location (the town center and the lake are within walking distance) and nature. Via a park-like garden, you get to the villa with 5 bedrooms. Four of them on the second floor and one in as part of a separate self-contained apartment in the basement. A balcony and several terraces offer the opportunity to relax outdoors. A swimming pool is also available during summer months.

The villa with swimming pool is located a little higher on the mountain, in a quiet area in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, close to Lake Maggiore. You have a view of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake. The villa (max 9 people) consists of a spacious house (5 people) and a separate smaller apartment (4 people). Ideal for two families (we do not allow groups of young people). In the pre-season and post-season, the apartment and house are rented separately. See other listings.

My house is a stately villa built a good 100 years ago, which I have renovated over the years. The high, large rooms and the 10 acre property convey spaciousness. You have space in this house and also in the garden. The village of Pino is located just under a hundred meters above Lake Maggiore, which provides a nice view, but you also have to overcome the 100 meters of altitude. The breakfast rolls and other basics are available in the shop just 50 meters from the house.
