Forcalquier is a small town of 5,000 inhabitants located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence halfway (1 hour drive) to the Gorges du Verdon and the Luberon. Forcalquier has a very lively city center with all the local shops, a cinema and many restaurants. The Forcalquier market (Monday morning) is one of the most important in the area. At the end of March, we see the plantations of multicolored tulips, and at the beginning of July, the surrounding fields are covered with lavender in bloom.

The south-facing terrace overlooks a small wooded garden. LAVANDER FIELDS in July ! The weather is very nice there, in summer of course but also in September, October… We renovated and decorated it in the Provençal spirit. You quickly feel at home there.
