Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment includes the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There is no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and bedroom to the southwest which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I myself live on the ground floor, there are no other residents.

A modern kitchen space is visible, featuring a long wooden table surrounded by four upholstered chairs in different colors. Sleek cabinetry and a stainless steel oven are present. Natural light enters through large windows, enhancing the clean, contemporary design of the area.

The apartment "La Provence awaits you - 1st floor" is located on a quiet street in the old center, a 5-minute walk from the city center on the 1st floor of a small 3-story building (without elevator). Completely renovated and newly equipped in 2023, it is classified 3* at the Gîtes de France. Elegantly furnished, it has been designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has internet connection via fiber as well as a TV box.

An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!

The apartment offers a beautiful unobstructed view of Provence and its sunsets, as it is located on the roofs, on the 4th and top floor of a small quiet building. In this small, warm and bright nest, you will enjoy both the interior (air-conditioned) and the exterior (in complete privacy)

Pleasant independent apartment in a pretty Provençal village. More or less close to many tourist places that our beautiful department offers, such as the Pays de Forcalquier, the Valensole Plateau and its lavender, the Verdon Gorge, Sisteron and its citadel...
