Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This charming outbuilding is located between the sea and the Cévennes. It is very close to Nîmes (15 min), the Pont du Gard (30 min), the sea (50 min) and the 1st Cévennes rivers (Pont de Mialet, 40 min). This outbuilding is 20 m from our house and leaves you all the peace and quiet near the pool. You will have the best welcome and the necessary help as soon as you arrive. Air-conditioned outbuilding and internet via fiber for work or leisure.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids) and four-legged friends, you are welcome!!

30 m2 apartment, very nice and functional on the side of our house. Housekeeping is not included in the price. Please do it properly at check-out. Cleaning is not included in the price, please do it properly yourself When booking, remember to note the number of people because the price listed is for a single person. Sheets are available to make the beds. remember to bring your food, nothing is available. Air conditioning is a little noisy
